ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICY
Ordering is easy. Simply Email or call our customer service, giving product number and address. You will be notified via Email of your total cost delivered to your curb side address. If you decide to go ahead with your order, simple confirm your order. Most products in the website are delivered FREE, (within the conteinatal United States and southern Ontario, Canada), in the price quoted, sales taxes may be applied according to the destination of products.
DAMAGE or LOST SHIPMENTS
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. Claims for damage or missing shipments are made against the respective carrier. Please carefully inspect your shipment upon arrival, BEFORE SIGNING. MAKE NOTE ON RECEIPT. Damages or missing product NOT NOTED at time of delivery are difficult to resolve. Please call customer service to report for any descrepancies A.S.A.P. upon delivery. All returns with exception of freight damage must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved RGA (Return Goods Authorization), by MyBathLine.com. In case of defective products, MyBathLine.Com. in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and return policies, upon receipt of original defective product(s) or part thereof, will replace same for identical product(s) returned, under the manufacturer's warranty.
