SHIPPING POLICY
Most products in this website are shipped free within the continental USA, (some restrictions apply.)
Minimum order under $250.00 will be charged $15.00. handling charge. Certain orders requiring special delivery arrangements or delivery outside our normal Free Shipping area may carry upcharges, buyer will be notified by E-mail, buyer may cancel order at this time, buyer will not be charged.
Casabelladesigns.com makes every effort to ensure your shipment arrives safely. Please contact our customer service at info@casabelladesigns.com for special packing needs and related costs for certain products (eg. mirrors, glass, etc...). failure to repack certain products may result in the receipt of damaged goods and or refusal of damage claims by the respective carrier. All freight deliveries (large objects) are curbside only.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.
Claims for damage or missing shipments are made against the respective carrier. Please carefully inspect your shipment upon arrival, BEFORE SIGNING AND MAKE NOTE ON RECEIPT. Damages or missing product NOT NOTED at time of delivery are difficult to resolve. Please call customer service to report for any descrepancies A.S.A.P. upon delivery. Carriers may deny any claims for damage after you sign for received shipment. Failure to follow these instructions may void your right to claim for damaged or missing shipment.

RETURN POLICY
All returns with exception of freight damage must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved RGA (Return Goods Authorization), by Casabelladesigns.com. In case of defective products, Casabelladesigns.com. in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and return policies, upon receipt of original defective product(s) or part thereof, will replace same for identical product(s) returned, under the manufacturer's warranty. Under no circumstances Casabelladesigns.com will be liable for shipping charges above our normal "shipping policy."

"Special / Custom Orders" are non-cancelable. Please contact our customer service at info@casabelladesigns.com prior to ordering to obtain " special / custom order" return policies on different products for time and condition requirements to process order.
Color variations on all natural products (e.g. wood or stone products), on Casadelladesigns.com website are possible, buyer agrees , no returns will be accepted due to natural product colors, fixture variations or buyer's remorse.
Warranties/ Disclaimer
It is Casabelladesigns.com's intention to provide reliable and accurate information in its website(s), however since the information provided, changes constantly (E.G Prices, Availability of products etc...) or possible typographical errors, Casabelladesigns.com reserves the right to refuse any order or limit the quantity of order at it's sole discretion. Buyer will be notified, buyer may cancel order at this time, buyer will not be charged.
The Purchaser's sole warranty is that provided by the manufacturer, if any. Casabella Designs Inc., Casabelladesigns.com (Seller) make no express or implied warranties. Seller hereby disclaims all warranties whether expressed or implied by operation of law or otherwise including without limitation all implied warranties, of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. The Purchaser agrees that the Seller shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for any loss, cost, damage or expense including without limitation, cosequential or incidental damages, arising directly or indirectly from operation, condition or use of the product.

Sales Tax
All products delivered to Florida addresses will be charge 6% Florida Sales Tax.
